What had happened? The EU made after the Bali Conference was really serious about the climate: is to be cut back sharply, the CO2 emissions from cars.

We do not need new authority for the control of intermittently operated private fireplaces, no new eco-taxes on emissions from cars, cattle and sheep, no fine Catalogs Stand-by goods - what we need are the posts for teachers, children and youth services, children's nurseries and kindergartens .....
This government has long since lost the sense of proportion to the real needs of the "governed".
